6 months ago Everyone there is very courteous and caring. Service is always accompanied with an assuring smile. Easy to be set at ease as care and service for your dentures are being done on your behalf. Very clean facilities and well kept rooms and equipment. OMG! This dental office is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! when I first came to Infiniti smiles dental, I immediately realized that I had made the right choice, they immediately found an approach, although I don’t know English, I was immediately offered a doctor who knows Russian. The doctor’s name is Mahamed, a very good young man and a doctor in his field. He did I took a picture of all the teeth and told me which teeth should be treated.

I was recommended by my friend myv1st visit was very great nice friendly staff. Services are excellent follow up to appointment and communication was excellent. Dr syeed was super excellent I can tell with his experience my tooth extraction was awesome I definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family my kids will love to go there.

They were busy so I get it but everything felt very rushed. I felt like a dollar sign and not a patient. Not sure if I will be back. When I asked for an oral surgeon near Bolingbrook I was told the only available that takes my insurance is in Chicago, my guess is that surgeon provided is affiliated with this dental office and they want to help them get clients.

I have been to so many dental clinics but this one has been the best. Staff takes care of you as soon as you step in, I felt so much appreciated for being their patient. Front desk was really helpful, Dental assistants were quick, Doctor was really great and very precise with his work. I would rate this place more then 5 stars if possible. Definitely recommended.

The staff are really nice and friendly. I went for a tooth extraction and was very scared. While I was waiting for the numbing medicine to kick in the dental assistant sat and had a conversation with me to calm me and get my mind off of the “pain” I thought I was going to be in. It was very fast and didn’t hurt at all. Would definitely recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

I took my kids for their dental exam, and this is a first place I found where I can trust the dentist and their staff. The staff is friendly, and dentist knows what he is doing. The best part is there is nothing thrown at you that you don’t need. I have seen with other dentist where they will try to have to do this and that which really you don’t need. I recommend this place to my family and friends.

This was my first time tooth extraction and I was unbelievably extremely nervous to the point that I was shivering and felt sudden cold after injection . The whole staff was amazingly cooperative. They were friendly , polite and made me feel like home . On my request, the girl from staff let me hold her hands during treatment and kept talking to me in a humorous way to distract me . They really supported me . Dr Sayeed was very polite and quick in his work. I must have scared him with my nervousness but he was true professional . This place was clean, well decorated , welcoming and neat overall . I would highly suggest . Thanks for your service infinite smiles dental .

The interior design of this place is the best thing about them . My best advice to you is to just go somewhere else. I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes (ended up leaving, patient who was there awhile before was still waiting when I exited) meanwhile someone who missed their appointment by 30 minutes was serviced before me. The receptionist doesn’t know how to schedule, she announced that she didn’t know the calendar was too full until the dentist arose from her chair and exclaimed that she wouldn’t be able to do it all, as the waiting room was filled with patients. So just don’t waste your time going here. They don’t believe your time is valuable.The staff are liars..

After a total of at least six phone calls, I was able to get a first visit for x-rays. Four appointments later, one of which I had to change and three that they either missed or changed due to their hours changing and the Dentist being on vacation etc. etc. The last appointment I was left waiting for a ride because they decided to close early. They cited texting me from a different phone number then I had listed for them 10 days before. I have made another appointment for this Thursday at 10 in the morning and I’m not sure if they will keep it since the receptionist said “as of now“ they will be available. No one should have to feel unsure and on top of it all they were unapologetic and tried to place blame on me..
